DJ Kingpin-Villain Of Vinyl. As a founding member of the WUSC 90.5 FM Classic Underground Hip Hop radio show-Non Stop Hip Hop (which aired 1996-2002) along with DJ Shekeese aka Shekeese Tha Beast, DJ Foreign Native (pka DJ June), DJ Tony Nu, and Host A-Luva. Spear heading ground zero for Live South Carolina Hip Hop shows- Non Stop Hip Hop Live (1998- 2012), and the groundbreaking World Hip Hop Family Day aka Love, Peace, & Hip Hop Music Festival (2012 - present day), DJ Kingpin VOV has been a busy man. DeeJaying and making Pause Tapes since his early years of high school and collecting records since even earlier, this was inevitable. Cutting his teeth in some of SC’s best record stores (Papa Jazz Record Shoppe, Manifest Disc & Tapes, and others), music has always been his muse.
